Educational Institute Oholei Torah is the flagship school for the international Chabad-Lubavitch Movement. Founded by the Rebbe in 1956 (5716) in an effort to provide the youth with a wholesome education. The goal was to create an institution that would be the source of an unwavering sense of commitment, pride and inspiration for Jews of all walks of life. A Jewish education, imparting children with a sense of pride, inspiration and excitement for their heritage.

Oholei Torah’s educational and moral values are amongst the highest to be found and have been the direct cause of its phenomenal growth. Oholei Torah is an all-inclusive center of Jewish education. Its divisions range from kindergarten to an accredited college program. Throughout all of the divisions there are over 2,000 students hailing from around the world.

Today, our graduates make up a vast majority of the Chabad-Lubavitch emissaries and Oholei Torah has established itself as the force behind the largest and fastest-growing Jewish organization.

When Oholei Torah first opened its doors 70 years ago with just three students, no one could have imagined the vital impact that the school would have.
